Natalie built the commercial advisory practice around a simple conviction: legal work is more valuable before the problem than after it. Her practice covers contracting standards, shareholder and founder arrangements, regulatory compliance, and the firm's data protection mandate. Carla Koutroulis

Lead, Employment & Labour

Carla runs the firm's highest-frequency practice. Employment law is where most businesses feel legal risk first, and she works to keep that risk off the floor through sound contracts, clear policies and early intervention.
